Great home and host

As my first experience with furnished finder, I could not have found a better place to stay! The house is beautiful and very clean with access to a beautiful backyard and pool area. You have access to all amenities in the house including fridge, stove, oven, and microwave. The house is in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. I was given a room on the first floor which also has a private bathroom which was very nice. There is no closet in this room but plenty of drawers and a hanging rack which made it very easy to make myself comfortable. Gina is the best host. She is so friendly and personable and truly wants you to feel at home during your stay. She does not charge you a deposit when you move in and there are no other hidden fees either. She was always willing to help me out in whatever way she could and made this such a great experience.

Clean house, great host

This stay was a very easy 5 stars. The house is beautiful and clean. There are plenty of windows for natural lighting. There’s a gorgeous, well-maintained backyard and pool area and outside tables to sit and enjoy the sunshine. It’s a peaceful, quiet space far from traffic. The kitchen is decent sized and the fridge is brand new. She offered a choice of two rooms- one with a TV and one with a very large desk. Both closets are wide and spacious with manipulatable shelves. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom is shared between the two guest bedrooms, but she has her own bathroom. The location is convenient, an easy bike ride to downtown Newhall or the Henry Mayo Clinic. It’s a safe area and walking distance to walking trails, bike trails, and a park. The host is very trustworthy and friendly. She’s straightforward about her policies and expectations and didn’t charge me a deposit when I moved in. She really went the extra mile for me while I was staying there.
