Perfect condo in town

I enjoyed my stay at this condo! It is in a very convenient location to walk or bike anywhere you need to within the city and the amenities are wonderful. The condo is on the shaded side, so it stays cooler than the sunny side of the building and has a great view of the mountains. Priscilla is quick with communication and I knowledgeable about local food recommendations. I would love to stay here again!

Great apartment and landlord!

I had a great experience renting this apartment! The location and amenities are unbeatable, and Priscilla was very responsive, always quick to communicate. I appreciated the detailed guide provided before moving in, which made the process smooth. The only recommendation I could make would be to add a few more kitchen and utility supplies (salt/pepper, trash bags, etc.). Overall, this was an amazing stay and I would highly recommend it!

All Around Great Experience

My boyfriend and I were Priscilla's first FF renters. We really enjoyed living here for so many different reasons. One of the biggest reasons was the proximity to Queen's MC where I was working. I could walk to and from the hospital and not worry about parking which was a huge plus. We also enjoyed the amenities at this location - private parking, the gym and the pool/hot tub. The space was well stocked with everything you could need. From kitchen supplies to closet items, I really appreciated not needing to buy extra things to make short term living easier. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. Priscilla is kind, easy to communicate with and responds in a timely manner. I would recommend this unit to anyone!
