Short term lease in a bind

My wife and I were in a difficult situation between rental agreements and were left without a stable place to stay while work was being done on our new house. We found Eric's property and had never had experiences with furnished finder or short term leases. Though we were initially nervous about the process and paying a month's rent for a place we had never seen, to a person we had never met, Eric was a complete professional. He was easy to reach, willing to address concerns we had with the process, and flexible in making sure we felt comfortable moving forward. The unit itself was clean, well maintained, and in a great location. No concerns with safety or disruptive neighbors whatsoever. Could not recommend Eric and his property enough for anyone who needs a short term-mid term lease!

Perfect for traveling nurse

This has been the perfect place to stay while on travel assignment at a hospital in Voorheess, NJ! Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Dog park just steps from the house. Full size stove, refrigerator, and washer/dryer, which can be hard to find when renting a short term place! E is very responsive with any questions I may have. I would gladly return if I had another assignment in the area.
