Close to UVA
Very close to UVA hospital- maybe a 10-15min walk. You can also walk to the Dairy Market, which is a popular place to eat. M (the landlord) is very responsive and reasonable. The owner of the house actually lives next door. I had a great experience with my roommates and would rent from M again.
