Cozy apartment!!!

Enjoyed my stay at this lovely apartment. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Apt is clean and well equipped. The area has great views of Lake Washington and only a few min drive from grocery stores, restaurants. I can sometimes hear slightly upstairs but Sylvie and family are very considerate of my nightshift schedule. She's also very prompt in responding if there's anything I need!!!

My husband and I had the utmost pleasure of staying at this property for nearly four months. I can say with confidence that this was the best property we have ever stayed in through Furnished Finder. Furthermore, Sylvie is hands-down the best landlord we have ever worked with. She is so kind, compassionate, and understanding; always treating her tenants with a mutual respect. Her home is clean, quiet, beautiful, and in a safe neighborhood. The place was stocked with everything we could need, and in the event we had a request, Sylvie was able to offer a perfect and reasonable solution. We were truly sad to be leaving her property, and I couldnt recommend it enough to a future tenant. Thank you again Sylvie!

Splendid Stay!

My highest recommendation! :) The photos, description and reviews areright on. Sylvie made me feel so welcoming and kind-it was easy to relax and feel at home. I was in Seattle to care for my sister, so having a peaceful and "good vibration" sanctuary was deeply appreciated. The sliding door windowscover the eastern wall, especially nice for sunrise and bird and squirrel watching. I loved having a full refrigerator and well equipped kitchen and a wonderful bathroom and tub. The bed and bedding very comfortable. If I needed anything Sylvie was prompt with a friendly response. Herson Pierre is a helpful young gentleman. Hearing them lightly overhead was never intrusive; itfelt comforting to have them nearby. I loved walking the neighborhood with great views of Lake Washington and the Cascades. All added up to a most splendid stay.

Enjoyed my stay at the bright and cozy apartment. Its a simple layout, with eloquent kitchen supplies. I really enjoyed the details that were put into the bathroom. The floors and tile were very nice. They even had a insta-pot which was very convenient. The outdoor dining area was nice, the landscape is under construction, but is still beautiful. Very nice french doors, and the walk ways and entry are ordained with flowers and foliage. Sylvie the owner was very kind, and quick to answer any questions that arose. Very professional and very personable. It was nice to stay here and I would recommend staying at this well furnished location.

Sunrise Suite (Sweet)

A delightful suite to call home for a while. I particularly enjoyed the location because the street has lovely views of Lake Washington. All elements of the unit were comfortable and functioned well. The property owner was kind, attended promptly to any concern...and has a lovely yard to enjoy.

The Perfect Find

Contract was cancelled early so the stay wasnt as long as I hoped, but the space was perfect. Everything youd need (plus some) was available for use. private bathroom, kitchenette complete with plenty of gadgets for cooking, spacious bedroom, on site laundry and even a shared tv room to lounge. Plenty of privacy as well, however S was always pleasant with every interaction! Neighborhood is VERY quiet which makes for great rest (during the day or night) when not working, but still nearby plenty to do. Transportation is quite easy as well without a car.its close to bus lines as well as within range for the Metro Flex. Had an incredibly comfortable stay and Id happily stay again if ever in Seattle for another contract!
