Loved this property

I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Iowa city if you are looking for a very clean place to stay in a nice neighborhood then you have found the right place. Kristi is amazing to work with!

Wonderful stay!

I stayed with Kristi and Joe for 10 months during my time in Iowa City. They're absolutely wonderful hosts! The apartment was clean and is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood (as a night shift worker, this was a big plus). Apt is a short drive to lots of restaurants, parks, and shops. With any contact, they were quick to respond and always respectful and helpful. I loved the covered parking located under the apt building during the winter months. I was sad to leave but I'm so grateful to Kristi and Joe for such a wonderful stay. I'll be looking to stay with them again if I am to ever make my way back to Iowa City :-)

Amazing amount of space in a quiet and friendly area! Super close to a dog park and tons of trails. Parking is beneath the building with stairs and elevator access. Very close to the university, could also bike in as well. Ton of storage space! Very sweet landlords! Would rent with them again in a heartbeat.
