Wonderful Stay

This stay in Wilmington was amazing. Voni was such a great host and this home had everything that I needed to cook and clean. I felt very safe and even walked to the cargo district when I had time (approximately 11 min walk). I was only a 6 min drive to the hospital which was awesome. This has been one of my favorite homes to stay in and was perfect for just me. I would definitely stay here again whenever Im staying longterm in Wilmington.

Excellent FF unit for a medical rotation

This unit is perfect for a medical professional who needs a place to stay close to the hospital. Voni is an excellent host who was quick to provide me with anything she could to make my stay more comfortable. The full kitchen is great and gave me the ability to meal prep and make breakfast when I had time. Despite this being a relatively small unit, it has a lot to offer including a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a couch with a nice TV with a Roku for streaming. 2 mini split air conditioning units also heat and cool the unit quickly. I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity in the future to do traveling work at the hospital

Ann Street

This apartment was so cozy and clean! It had everything you could need during your stay. Voni was a wonderful landlord, quick to respond and attentive to my needs as a tenant. The neighborhood was safe and in walking distance of the beautiful downtown. This was my favorite stay in my two years of travel nursing. Highly recommend.

Home Away From Home

I stayed at this cozy little hideaway for 3 months. The neighborhood is quiet and centrally located to several restaurants and coffee shops. The studio was fully stocked with plenty of amenities. Voni is super responsive to any property questions that may arise and she really took the time to make sure I felt welcomed. I would highly recommend this rental and would gladly stay again if I were ever to return to Wilmington.
