Great Home
I stayed in this property from November 2024 to February 2025 and to say my stay was comfortable and easy would be an understatement. It is a really nice home with comfy furniture. The TV's have all the entertainment options you could ask for and did not have a single Internet issue the entire time. That was huge as I work from home. The location is ideal with Sharon Woods walking trails close by, as well as, Summit Park. The home provides easy access to both 71 and 75 to get anywhere north or south of Cincinnati. There are plenty of restaurants choices close by including some great local options right in downtown Sharonville. Wal-Mart and Kroger are close by as well which makes it easy to grab things as needed. P is a great landlord and very accomadating. I did not have any issues during my stay, but any questions I had were promptly and professionally answered. If you are a looking for a temporary home I would highly recommend this place. I would stay longer if I needed to and not think twice about it. Very happy I found this place for my siutation.

Wonderful House!
I stayed in this house for three months with two other roommates and we all loved the house. Its in a safe and quiet neighborhood with a walking trail close by. Downtown Cincinnati is 20 min away without traffic, and all big shopping malls and plazas are 15 min away or less. The house is super cozy and comfortable with all the amenities you can think of. All the TVs come with streaming apps preinstalled, you just need to log into your account, and the pool table adds a great touch to the house. After a long day it was great to relax and play some pool. Overall a great experience, and P is an amazing landlord. Shes incredibly helpful and understanding, and works with you to accommodate in any way she can. Totally would recommend this house!
