Solid place in a wonderful location!

I was living the digital nomad life with my friend for a month and we came across this place and are so glad we went with it! The location is so great there are so many train and bus lines nearby so we could get wherever we wanted within 30 minutes for the most part. The grocery store was a 30 second walk away which was super nice and convenient. The neighborhood itself was cute and felt safe. I had a friend who lives in the city tell me that he would move to this location if he was going to stay in the city longer. Would def come back here if I was ever going to come back to SF!

Duboce Dream

I took on an assignment with CPMC Van Ness Campus. This spot is also a 5 min walk from CPMC Davies. The area is lively but still quiet enough on week days and nights. I frequently walked and took public transportation and never had any issues. Shopping for groceries was easy as I could choose from Vons, Whole Foods, and my favorite, Golden Natural. After making friends and seeing other people's SF dwellings, this place is a gem. The layout isn't weird. There's lots of natural light. The furniture is comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom worked great. Truly, this place is worth it's value. Not to mention, the landlord was very respectful and cheery. If you have the chance to take a contract in the city, book this unit ASAP. You won't regret it!
