Perfect apartment!

I loved everything about this 1 bedroom apartment!! It was in the best location (right next to the hospital-which is what I needed), only a few min walk to City park and Cheesman park, as well as super convenient to downtown. The parking garage was a nice feature with the changing Denver weather, not to mention I never having to worry about finding a parking spot on the street. The apartment is very cozy, decorated beautifully and feels brand new! It really started to feel like home. The hostess is very responsive and incredibly organized. I can’t say enough about this place! If I am ever back in Denver, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Other bonus-if you are flying in and out of Denver, which I frequently had to do, it is very close to the 38th/Blake train stop. This kept me from having to fight any airport traffic.

wonderful month in Denver

I had a fantastic one-month stay in Denver. The apartment is clean, cozy, efficient, and well-appointed, which made me feel right at home. The location is great, a close walk to City Park and the restaurants on 17th and it's easy to get anywhere in the city. The parking spot in the garage was a huge plus. Catherine was an absolute pleasure to work with as a hostshe was responsive, friendly, and made everything straightforward. Id love to return for another visit and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, home away from home in Denver!

Great stay

I really enjoyed my stay here. Convenient location, nice layout and well decorated. Clean and functional space. C the owner/landlord was a pleasure to deal with and extremely responsive to any requests I made. I will definitely stay here again when in Denver. I would recommend.
