1 bedroom apartment on the side of our shop, completely remodeled in 2023 and setup as a bnb. Covered patio looking over 5 acre field with random elk, deer, coyotes. Large private yard, plenty of parking next to unit. Includes all utilities and wifi , security cameras protecting the property . Pets on approval , $ deposit is per pet. Because we have new leather furniture we cannot accept cats at this time unless declawed. Has a queen bed and I can put a twin in the living room for a room mate scenario if needed. This space is not set up to accommodate small children or more than 2 adults .

Best stay - Hosts set the bar!
The property owners made this stay a stressless venture. Going through a hard divorce my daughter and I needed a place to stay to get her back into the Sedro-Woolley district so she could complete her last 4 years of school. The owners went above and beyond any expectations to help putting our needs above their own. Their immediate responses to any repairs or concerns were better than any hotel I have stayed at. The property was well-maintained and the surrounding wildlife provided a peace not known in the city. The residence was super clean and well kept. Communication was clear and transparent through out the stay. My daughter and I will miss our hosts and the peaceful setting. The stay rates a 10/10 and better than any premium hotel, we highly recommend it.

Very nice stay
I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment during the summer of 2025. Very hospitable hosts and was pleasantly pleased to see pots pans and even Tupperware and linens provided. Made it easy to just move in and stay temporarily. Very quiet and peaceful area and was clean and nice. The sofas are also incredibly comfortable.

This stay was an absolute pleasure. The hospitality was exceptional, and the hosts went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and well-being. Their attentiveness, particularly during the cold winter, was greatly appreciated. The property itself was a delight. The well-maintained yard provided a perfect space for our dog to enjoy, and the surrounding wildlife hawks, coyotes, elk, and the beautiful singing birds created a truly peaceful atmosphere. Communication throughout our stay was clear and prompt, making everything effortless. We will certainly miss this idyllic setting and the outstanding hospitality. This is easily a 10/10 stay, and we highly recommend it.
