Cozy unit!

I was in Milwaukee for a travel nurse assignment and stayed in the upstairs unit. Everything is well kept and works properly. Matt is the landlord and is super communicative. Before I even got to the unit, Matt noted that the bathtub surface had some chipping. Within 72 hours the bathtub was completely resurfaced. The neighborhood is quiet and there are some good food options right around the unit. I was there during winter months and the sidewalks were always shoveled for the tenants at this address. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking!

Great apartment

Im a traveling healthcare professional and had an enjoyable stay at this cute clean space. Has everything you need and very close and convenient to shopping. Attractions and restaurants. Highly recommended

Bright Place, Just Enough Space

As a solo traveler, I found the place perfectly comfortable for a 3 month stay. All the necessary amenities. The landlord uses an app that makes paying the rent and keeping track of documents super convenient. The top unit had claim to one dedicated parking spot off of the back alley. So no need to worry about street parking or moving vehicles around (but there always seemed to be plenty of street parking during the summer months I was there). The neighborhood is quiet and folks are friendly. Just a 10minute bike ride to the Hank Aaron trail. A nice 15 minute walk to the shops and restaurants around the corner of Becher & 69th. Just a great area!

Nice apartment

The landlord is very helpful and responsive to fixing the little things that needed it in my 3 months here. The area was safe and the tenants downstairs were friendly. I would recommend this apartment for travelers.

West Allis 2 bedroom

My husband and I were extremely happy with this 2 bedroom lower unit. The location is perfect for the local hospitals, with a less than 5 minute commute to the Aurora West Allis Medical Center. The unit was very well maintained both inside and out. We felt extremely safe in the neighborhood and very welcomed by the neighbors. I would absolutely recommend this location for any fellow travelers.

Good location

Home and location was great. However, had a scary incident with the landlord. I travel every three months for work and usually the first thing I ask about is my dogs. However, with this unit I was concerned the upstairs and downstairs were connected and unfortunately forgot to mention I had dogs even though the unit is pet friendly. This landlord was apparently outside the home one day when I was walking my dogs and came beating on my door. He proceeded to raise his voice at me about lying about my dogs and trying to sneak them and I could barely get a word out to explain myself. I was so shocked and genuinely unaware I never mentioned I had dogs. Ive never been spoken to or approached so aggressively like that in my life and it truly ruined my entire experience with this stay. I felt very uncomfortable the remainder of my time there and wish he would have simply clarified it with me like an adult.
