Amazing rental

Jeanne was incredibly welcoming. My time at her property felt as close to home as I could have hoped for while traveling. She is kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful,and if you love dogs, you'll absolutely love Max. This is one of the nicest rentals I've stayed in, and Jeanne's hospitality made the experience even better.

Wonderful person and dog, fantastic time

When I moved here to start a contract I was overwhelmed with how I was welcomed by Jeanne and her dog. The condo is amazingly beautiful with a nice view of the water side especially during the day when you can sit on the pateo watching the water fountain. The room is very spacious and with lots of storage and comfortable bed to sleep on. Plenty of parking inside the court where you will be given a parking pass. The bathroom is gorgeous with a nice walk in shower to use especially after you have had a hard days work. For me it was a great experience to have lived here for almost a year because Alameda is a beautiful town with lots of things to do and walking trails to hike on especially if you are walking your dog. Jeanne is like the sister Ive never had and she is like my family or is family to me and so is Max the dog. She will respect your privacy and your beliefs too she is not judgmental about anyone or anything and is a very kind person. She had helped me a lot.
