A True Home Away From Home

I loved my 9-month stay here and would come back in a heartbeat! As a travel RN who has stayed in numerous Furnished Finders, Airbnbs, and hotels since 2020, this was easily one of my favorites. The apt was comfortable, thoughtfully furnished, and genuinely felt like a home rather than a sterile rental. Deniz and Bruce provided everything you could need, including a well-stocked kitchen and cleaning supplies. As a traveler with limited space in my car, having those essentials already provided made a huge difference. Deniz and Bruce were incredibly kind, welcoming, and responsive throughout my stay. The other tenants were wonderful, creating a nice sense of community. Ralston was another highlight. It has a charming small-town vibe while being conveniently located close to Omaha and UNMC, w/ shops, restaurants, a brewery, and bowling alley all w/in walking distance. This was truly a home away from home, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Lovely Stay, Lovely People

I cannot recommend Deniz and Bruce enough. They were so kind, professional, and easy to work with. The level of communication was top tier throughout the entire process which absolutely set my nerves at ease. The apartment itself was a perfect fit--clean, quiet, and a great location. I will absolutely reach out to them if I am ever in the area again.

Great place to stay!

I had a wonderful experience staying here during my summer internship. The apartment was fully equipped with everything I needed, including a complete set of kitchen essentials, which made it easy to cook and feel at home. The area itself was quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to the city to enjoy activities and explore on the weekends. Deniz and Bruce were incredibly kind and accommodating, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, I had a great summer here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Excellent Rental for Traveling Medical Professionals!

I can't recommend this apartment highly enough! Deniz and Bruce made the rental/extension process smooth and stress-free. They are genuinely kind and attentive and communicative. It is evident they great pride in their building which is well-cared for and secure. As a single female traveler I never once felt uneasy during my stay. This apartment's location is unbeatable, with most hospitals within a 10 minute drive and all hospitals within a 25 minutes. Ralston's quiet small town charm is a hidden gem within a metro like Omaha. An added bonus is this apartment's proximity to a few local nightlife venues if your looking to be entertained, yet is still distant enough to not disturb a quiet night in. Living here has been such a joy- great people, peace of mind, and convenience all in one package. If you're lucky enough to find an available unit don't hesitate!

Lovely place!

Such a great place. Ralston is an underrated location around Omaha- great food a block away, lots of green, fun things to do. Place was clean, well furnished, great AC, everything you need! The water pressure and temps were ESPECIALLY DIVINE. Nice neighbors, nice green lawn, too. Parking, too. Lovely overall.

Traveler nurse friendly!

As a traveling nurse safety and comfort is everything. This was a very safe environment, neighborhood and the neighbors felt like family and are extremely nice. The apartment was very clean with really nice furniture and an awesome big screen tv for after work Netflix binge with a comfortable lazy boy recliner. The apartment was also beautifully decorated. The zen garden in the front had a rose scent every morning. A huge backyard that my pets really loved. Deniz and her husband Bruce were amazing hosts and have the kindest hospitality. There were nice kitchen appliances and extra towels. This apartment find was a blessing. I feel I got more than I paid for. I truly loved living at this apartment till my contract was up and gonna truly miss it. Thanks for everything!

Great for a traveler

Amazing little studio for a traveling medical professional. This place has everything you need and if it doesn't, the landlords, Bruce and Deniz, will try and get you what you need. They even checked on me when snow was coming into the area as I am from Fla and not used to winter weather. I was there in Winter and the Apt, never really got too cold. The internet is great especially for gaming(xbox). I couldn't have been more pleased with my stay at Hillcrest 304!!!!

Most Comfy Apartment

Very Accommodating Landlords, D and B provided a very clean and comfortable apartment. They were quick to respond to any request I had and they gifted me a blanket that I fell in love with while I rented their unit! The complex was very quiet and I felt safe. Laundry was convenient and always assessable. The outside was well taken cared of especially during the winter season. Parking was ideal ( reserved stall ) and a bowling alley/ restaraunt is directly across the street. They have the cutest breakfast restaurant within walking distance called the Lemon Tree Cafe, Amazing! Ralston is such a cute little town close to all the hospitals and tons of fantastic restaurants to choose from. I would highly recommend renting from D and B, they wont dissapoint!

Absolutely Quaint & Exceptional All Around!

Absolutely exceptional couple! I loved my stay here. Neighbors are wonderful. Safe area. D and B are incredible, responsive, and extremely welcoming! Couldn't say enough how grateful and blessed for my stay here! Great location close to everything too!
