Up & Coming Trendy Area

I am a single woman traveler with 2 large dogs. The studio was a great fit for us clean, comfortable, and had a proper desk for remote work with strong Wi-Fi. The hosts were kind, flexible, and responsive to any requests or issues that came up. The location is less than 10 minutes from downtown Phoenix and surrounded by amazing new restaurants in a trendy, up-and-coming area. There is a visible homeless population, but I never felt unsafe and was not bothered during walks. A formal lease agreement would be helpful for longer stays, but overall, I really enjoyed my time here. The space was perfect for work and relaxation, and Id gladly stay again.

Great extended stay in Phoenix

Staying at this place was an absolute pleasure. I was there for about 4 months, and have no complaints whatsoever. J was extremely accommodating, quick to respond, and easygoing. Everything I needed to move right in was supplied and the space was perfect for me and my dog. There is ample closet and dresser space, a large bed, a rain shower, a washer and dryer in unit, and a large, open sink in the kitchen, to name a few great aspects. I worked from home during this time, and the desk provided suited this perfectly. There was a closed off backyard to allow my dog to go out without worry. The location is situated near shops and restaurants, but in a small neighborhood where I was able to walk my dog with ease. It was a very calm neighborhood and I had no issues with neighbors or the neighborhood. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay here and without a doubt would recommend this place to anyone staying in the Phoenix area, and I would definitely stay here again.
