My boyfriend, dog and I all stayed with Brandon and Carly for the winter season and would highly recommend! The place had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable and they were the best landlords! We will definitely be staying with them again if we have the chance!

From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The space is nicely furnished, clean, and cozy; equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. There is a large park across the street, and the location was convenient to attractions in nearby Sugarhouse area without being crowded/congested. The hosts are some of the most thoughtful and attentive people Ive ever rented from, always checking in to make sure I had everything I needed and responding quickly to any questions. Their kindness and hospitality made all the difference. I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay, and I would return in a heartbeat!

I stayed at B and C's property for 5 months during my contract in Salt Lake. They are conscientious hosts & overall great people. I got injured skiing and had a lower back injury while I was staying there and they went above and beyond to ensure that I knew they were there if I needed anything (so so comforting when I am away from my family and not at 100%). They offered to check in on my pets when I was gone for weekend! They also made sure to ask if there was anything that I could use in the space & made it happen to grab a blender for me. Shared laundry- super super easy to share with them. I never ran into issues with timing & washing my scrubs before my next three day stretch. Just shoot them a text to make sure it's available to use. it's a great location- close to a gym, smiths, trader joe's, tjmaxx, a park, and the canyons. The bed is SO comfortable and pillows and the mattress were covered in a waterproof cover, so you know it's clean. 10/10 recommend!!
