Cozy stay in basement Suite

For about a month and a half I stayed in the basement of Donnas. During my stay, she had her nephew who was in school staying as well. He was very kind and polite. With sleeping in the basement and right underneath the kitchen it can be a little bit difficult with noise. I will say its very easy to hear people walking around. But if I ever notice that there was clothes in the washer, she was so good about turning them over quickly so that way I could do my laundry. I had a spot in the driveway. I knew where to park my car every day. She was also very open and honest about cooking in the kitchen. In the basement I had a microwave and a very nice size mini fridge with the freezer. So I was able to do most of my things in the basement. Theres a nice large TV so if you have subscriptions, you can definitely watch with the Roku. The basement is very very large. So youll have no issue with feeling like you need more space. And plus you have your own bathroom, which was nice as well.

The amount of effort and time DE put into walking me through the process was unbelievable. From the first day I met her, she was motherly and kind. She was prompt in responding to my calls and messages till the day I moved in. When I moved in, the appearance of the house was welcoming, and indeed my private room was really private and comfortable. The humor quality of Ms. D makes her to be more than a tenant. I would always appreciate her a bunch, when I became sick during my last 2 weeks of stay, she treated me as her own daughter; picking me up from the hospital and driving me around when I couldn't make it. I would always rent at her place and recommend her property. God bless you abundantly Ms. D!!
