A Really Nice Place To Stay

I stayed at this home and it felt like I was staying at a high end hotel. The home is completely updated and high end. The pool area is so nice that for a minute "I waited for the server to come out and take my drink and food order! " It feels like a resort for sure. The owner is extremely responsive and very easy to deal with. Nice Home! Great Stay!

Amazing House and Owner

The home was absolutely wonderful to rent for the past six months. The property is meticulously maintained, and its clear the owner takes great pride in keeping everything in excellent condition. Any time a question or minor issue came up, the owner was extremely responsive and quick to take care of it, which made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet, peaceful, and well located. Its centrally located with easy access to great restaurants, shopping, downtown Fort Lauderdale, and the beach, all just a short drive away. Access to major highways including the Turnpike, I-595, and I-95 is also very convenient, making commuting simple. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for either a short-term or long-term rental. It was a fantastic place to stay, and I would gladly rent here again.

Amazing House!

This house is amazing! The owner Warren was a great host. From the first day he showed you around and told you what to expect. The pictures don't do justice for how beautiful the property is and the space. He keeps it clean and welcomes you to the house for what you need. He provides kitchen utensils, pots, pans and accessories. He even provides you with chairs to take to the beach, towels for linens and extra sheets for your bed. You will not be disappointed in this house. Beautiful neighborhood quiet and have had no issues. Good neighbors and great property. Warren keeps up with the house and maintains a clean and welcoming environment. The ad is 100% accurate and you will not regret staying here. You feel at home and you feel relaxed. He kept up with the pool hot tub and any issues was addressed immediately. Would stay here again and would recommend you choose this house. Nice location to places and a nice landlord.

A Good Place to Stay

During my stay I found the residence to be perfectly capable of meeting and exceeding my needs. Upon my arrival, the owner was helpful and understanding of any questions or concerns I may have had. When he was at the house he respected my space and privacy. He also offered to lend me his beach supplies had I ever required them. The home itself is very nice, your room has space for any belongings you may have and a desk for work. The backyard is truly amazing with a great patio and beautiful pool. Unfortunately, during my stay, there were issues with the pool cleaning that made it unavailable for most of my stay. The location of the residence makes it convenient for anyone looking for something to do in Fort Lauderdale. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a short to medium stay in the area. The home is nice and quiet, it is convenient and easy to reach, and the owner is rarely there but can be reached in case of any issue.

The pictures and description are 100% accurate. This property is the perfect accommodation for someone looking for short to medium term housing in South Florida. Roughly 15 minutes from downtown Fort Lauderdale, Warren's home was the ideal scenario for someone in search of a place to stay for a month (and optionally longer upon reasonable notice). The home is spotless, has great amenities for relaxation (the speaker system is to die for), and Warren is very generous with kitchen items, toiletries, etc. As long as you clean up after yourself and respect the property, you should get along really well with him. Not to mention, he's rarely at the house--you essentially have the home to yourself 85% of the time for the price of one room. I could not recommend the property and homeowner, W, more!
