Safe Haven, Home Sweet Home

What was supposed to be a short term stay ended up being a 9 month home away from home! I stayed here while in school, so convienient being close to the hospitals. Sharon was so accommodating and easy to communicate with. The neighborhood is amazing, I walked daily. Close to local parks and lakes. Family friendly area. The property has its own entrance with private space. AC and alarm system. Bathroom is completely redone and clean. Hot plate, microwave and toaster oven available. Cookware, cooking utensils, plates and cups are available as well. If it wasn't for graduating I would have stayed forever. Thank you for everything Sharon!

comfortable Studio in a cute neighborhood!

This studio was even more comfortable than my studio in Philly! The bathroom is completely redone and beautiful. the living space has a comfortable couch with tv. The bed is twin size, also comfortable, and has a pull out for guest. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need and the electric cook top worked perfectly for cooking meals. The neighborhood is super cute, quiet and safe! If it weren't for the cold weather it's very walkable to Orlando Health Hospital. Sherry was super sweet and very attentive. I had a very great time staying here during my clinical rotation. I definitely would recommend this place to any medical student, especially if you are rotating at Orlando Health with it being so close. :)

Comfortable studio at a great location

The studio is spacious for one person and well-maintained. The space is very well furnished, including linens, cooking utensils, and appliances. Although the kitchenette doesn't have a dishwasher, it met most of my cooking needs. It also has alarm and AC systems that can be controlled via your phone. The landlord was really attentive, making sure everything was in order and accommodating the requests during my stay. The area is beautiful, and just a short distance from Downtown Orlando and grocery stores.

Cozy Home Sweet Home

This property made me feel right at home and safe! From the first day I met S she was so pleasant and very accommodating. If I needed anything she was more than happy to assist and worked with me to make me comfortable. She is also open to any new suggestions to make her apartment better. This studio apartment has everything you need, from its own alarm system, garage laundry and large bathroom with a huge closet. It also very clean and quiet. I enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend.
