super comfortable, quiet experience

My stay with J was exactly what I needed! She was flexible on my lease duration while I was looking for an apartment. The bed and bedding provided were super comfortable and J is a very quiet housemate. She had plenty of suggestions for where I should look for an apartment and was able to tell me about some cool spots in the area. Additionally, the backyard is VERY spacious and set up well to enjoy with comfortable patio furniture and a fountain. If you're looking for somewhere comfortable to stay in the area with a stress free roommate and substantial yard space, look no further.

Cozy House in Great Location

Nice, clean little house in a great Denver location. Close to restaurants in Highlands and other cool areas, and easy freeway access to other locations around the area. The owner has a great eye for design, and has decked out the guest room with everything one could need/want. Comfy bed, nice linens, everything super clean. There is also a very welcoming backyard. And to top it off, the owner is a super friendly and nice person! I highly recommend this property

SANCTUARY IN THE CITY - A TRUE URBAN OASIS

Stayed at this property for 7 days and what a pleasant surprise! This is a Hidden Gem in the city. A true urban oasis. The Spaciousness of the backyard alone makes you feel like you are at a spiritual retreat. Very peaceful and quiet with large 7 foot fences surrounding the beautifully landscaped surroundings. Inside was even better throughout. The room was very cozy, and the attention to detail from the host is truly warm and welcoming. Highly recommend
