Entire apartment close to Banner North, UNC, and Glenmere Park

Great host and great stay!

Tina's basement apartment is a wonderful place to stay in Greeley. It is centrally located - easy to walk, bike, or drive to anything you need. The apartment itself is a very cute and comfy basement unit with its own kitchen, living room, and bathroom, with lovely furnishings. Tina herself is a great person to sublet from. She is friendly, very responsive if you have any issues, and always has great recommendations for everything in town. Overall it was a wonderful and stress-free place to spend a summer.

Relaxing Greeley Apartment

This cute apartment has everything you need; secure parking spot, w/d in house, cute neighborhood, easy & close access to downtown and highway, and ample storage space in the apartment. Tina is super responsive to anything you may need and if there was any problem with the apartment (not that I had many) it was resolved within hours. If I ever find myself in Greeley again I'd stay here
