Quiet Apartment Near Center City

Best landlord of my life and lovely apartment

I stayed here for 1 year. The apartment is clean, spacious, filled with sunlight (via both west and east facing windows so it gets light at all hours), beautifully decorated, with beautiful hardwood floors and a prime spot on the top floor overlooking the park. Not to mention street parking in this area is free and plentiful - I never had a issue and did not have to circle more than 10 minutes (90% of the time circled 2-5 minutes) for parking. Landlord is respectful, extremely responsive, responsible and a joy to work with. I cannot recommend this stay more highly :)

Great place to stay!

This is a great property. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. It is within walking distance to pretty much everything. Bars, restaurants, gyms, dog park, Whole Foods. Would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Philly Nest

With a great third floor view of downtown and amazing walkability to pretty much anywhere, this apartment is a renter's dream. An open floor plan with ample space and high ceilings makes for an airy feel on top of the updated finishes throughout the unit. Enjoy the most out of the city by staying in this quiet and comfy flat.

Spacious 3rd floor flat in Fairmount

This third floor flat is located right in Fairmount and a mile walk into center city. The apartment is quiet and sits across from a park/school. Plenty of untimed parking on surrounding streets. Max is a responsive and proactive landlord quickly responding to any issues or concerns.
