Great place to stay!
This is a great property. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. It is within walking distance to pretty much everything. Bars, restaurants, gyms, dog park, Whole Foods. Would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Philly Nest
With a great third floor view of downtown and amazing walkability to pretty much anywhere, this apartment is a renter's dream. An open floor plan with ample space and high ceilings makes for an airy feel on top of the updated finishes throughout the unit. Spacious 3rd floor flat in Fairmount
This third floor flat is located right in Fairmount and a mile walk into center city. The apartment is quiet and sits across from a park/school. Plenty of untimed parking on surrounding streets. Max is a responsive and proactive landlord quickly responding to any issues or concerns.
