Stylish 1 Bd Apt, Renovated-Close to Keck and DTLA

Home away from home!

I had the pleasure of renting out this space for 3 months while I was working in DTLA. The apartment itself is great! It's clean, spacious and comfortable. All you need to move in is your clothes! The owner is so accommodating and friendly and works hard to make sure the communal space (yard with fruit trees and hammocks) is well maintained and clean. The location is really nice because while you are so close to great parts of the city such as Echo Park, Silverlake, DTLA, Highland Park, Eagle Rock, Pasadena, you are also in the hills with historic LA homes and beautiful scenic parks! You do share a wall with the owner so from time to time you may hear muffled sounds from the other side of the wall but it was never an issue for me. Parking is on the street, but I always felt safe and was able to find parking close to the apartment. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Wonderful location

I recently enjoyed a very satisfactory stay at this location. The owner was extremely generous and kind, going out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and well accommodated. The apartments interior was both beautiful and functional, offering a comfortable environment that made me feel at home. I appreciated the quiet and privacy the apartment afforded. The furnishings were very comfortable, providing a restful experience. The recently renovated bathroom was amazing! Additionally, the location was ideal, being close to downtown LA, making access to excellent dining, shopping, and city landmarks very convenient. Overall, this property is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the area! Im looking forward to a return trip the next time Im in the area.
