You are going to love staying here!

I rented this room from Roger while on my three-month healthcare travel contact. He is such a wonderful person. He's kind, friendly, humorous, helpful and a great chef (if you want to share meals, which we did)! I extended my contact for a year and stayed at Roger's for the entire year! It's in a nice and quiet location and the room is larger than it appears, There are beaches and great food at every exit. I absolutely had entirely too much fun at the free Capitola Beach Twilight Concert Series every Wednesday night in the summer which is only 3 exits away from this location. If every I take another contract in Santa Cruz, I am most definitely renting from Roger again.
