Johnson Ave Loft Review
I stayed at the Johnson Ave loft for several months while on a temporary work assignment. Jim was truly a wonderful host, communicative, accommodating, and kind! The apartment is spacious and comes equipped with all the basic amenities. The apartment is located on a quiet oneway street. The unit is in a secure building with its own entrance, providing privacy and security. The location of the apartment is in the heart of Washington D.C. The neighborhood is surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and several grocery stores. The apartment has easy access to both the Red and Green Metro lines. If I could give this unit more than 5 stars, I would. A overall phenomenal experience!
Quaint and peaceful Suite
I stayed in the Johnson Ave loft for 3 months and it was altogether lovely! Jim is an excellent and communicative host. The apartment is set off the street, so I was never bothered by noise or traffic. The space is very tastefully decorated and basic amenities are provided. The patio with chaises and the large window were so lovely! This is also in an excellent location. I was able to get a parking permit to park on the street, but keep in mind that it is not included in the rental. Also, the kitchenette is a bit small but outfitted to be able to cook small meals. A perfect spot for a short- or mid-term period!
Cozy loft
My husband and I stayed at the Logan Loft during the renovation of our condo in the neighborhood. The location for us was very convenient, close to all the shops and restaurants, but also quiet at the same time. We found the space cozy and it had all the essentials we needed. There was a cute small outdoor space with a table and chairs separating the main unit and the loft. The loft had a separate entrance which made it very convenient. The owner was always responsive and very accommodating.
