Fantastic private room
Leos property is a wonderful place to stay, I had such a wonderful experience staying here!! Beside the super convenient location, the room was spacious, comfortable, and cozy. The mattress was one of the best I have ever slept on and slept sound every night! Leo is also a fantastic landlord, hes very kind and helpful whenever you need him. The available parking space was very convenient so I didnt have to deal with street parking. I wish I would have been able to stay longer, I personally loved the space more than my previous apartment. Overall I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay in LA and highly recommend his property.

Great Stay
Leo Kim's place is very safe, peaceful, quiet and clean! He is a great host, always proactive and responsive. I have absolutely no complaints about this property; I only wish I could have stayed longer!!!! The location is amazing! I traveled to Maryland and to San Francisco during my stay and the location was a $30-$40 Lyft to LAX. I also did many tourist things in DTLA and WEHO and the location was always a reasonable Lyft allowing me to explore and learn the ins and outs of LA. I hate laundromats but the nearby laundromat is one of the nicest I have EVER seen (new machines, pleasant staff, clean, easy to park). I went to the nearby bodega once a week for fresh meat but the location is also not far from Food for Less grocery, Orange Theory Fitness, Koreatown, Compton, WEHO....I really cant say enough about how wonderful my entire experience was. Staying on the property is such a blessed opportunity for the right person!
