Brand New Luxury Living Close to Everything

I needed accommodation in Houston, TX for an 8-week physical therapy clinical rotation. I found this listing, and the host was very responsive, making the communication and booking process seamless. The apartment and front lobby was beautiful, matching the photos on the furnished finder page. The apartment was also a great size and very clean when I arrived.The host provided essential cooking utensils and starter toiletries. The listing includes gated garage parking, conveniently located near the door, which was a big plus for me. I felt very safe leaving and coming. Visitor parking was also straightforward and accessible. The location is ideal, being about 5-10 minutes from the Medical Center and 15 minutes from downtown. Commuting to the Medical Center was very easy; I took the bus (4) from Kirby to the Med Center. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Houston.

Loved staying here. It was clean and quiet. The host was very responsive. The unit looked just like the pictures. The apartment was updated and nicely furnished. Everything was near by and parking was very easy. The host gives you a parking pass to park inside of the gated parking garage. Very secure and safe. The next time I get assigned to Houston I will definitely stay here again. Thanks again for a very accommodating and pleasant stay!

I stayed here for 3 months while on an assignment as a travel PT and I have zero complaints. The apartment comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay, I felt right at home! The complex has great amenities including a 24hr gym which I loved. It is a gated community, requiring a code to enter; there's also a parking garage vs a parking lot so I was parking right next to my door which made me feel safe considering I was traveling alone. K was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had; she was also amazing with relaying information to me regarding changes in the complex. The complex is about 10-15 minutes from downtown but everything you need is less than 5 minutes away including grocery stores and your typical fast-food spots. I recommend this unit to anyone without hesitation, it surpassed all of my expectations!
