Spacious 1 Bed/1Bath Unit in the Heart of Bloomington-Normal

Nice place overall

We stayed for a little over 5 months. Was a 5 minute drive to the hospital. Perfect location for us! Jalen was wonderful to work with, accommodating and responsive. A great communicator which we appreciated! The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. We felt comfortable staying here, lots of room for us and our big dog. We were thankful to be in a safe area as well. The only thing we didnt care for is the laundry facilities mainly due to someone ALWAYS leaving their clothes in the washer or dryer for DAYS as well as having to pay to use the dryer. Everything else was as expected which we appreciated!

This house is exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. We loved every minute of our stay. Everything is brand new, well taken care of, clean and cozy! The location is perfect, too. The property manager is amazing and will promptly assist you might any issue arise. We strongly recommend this property.

Great guy to rent from. The apartment is more gorgeous than in the pictures. Very spacious with high ceilings. Everything I needed was provided. Clean and comfortable. Very happy with it.
