Our home is on a private road with only pedestrian traffic at the end of our street. The neighborhood is quiet and with lots yard space outside to enjoy. The garage is not included in the rental. Queen and twin bed, pillows and bedding for both bed. We can add another twin bed in the front bedroom if needed but you will not have much room to walk around or a bunk bed.
