..Live In the Trees.. in a Beautifully Updated Upstairs Unit

What an excellent find!! As a female traveling nurse working in Houston, safety was a priority. The property & neighborhood are safe/peaceful with great off-street parking. This furnish finder is well taken care of with all the essentials needed to feel at home. The landlord (GB) is very communicative, kind/respectful, and attentive to the property and tenants. He even had great local restaurant recommendations. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Thank you! If I'm ever in the area again, I will be staying here

This stay set a new standard for me! Unlike most furnished rentals, this home is truly up-to-date, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished to be as comfy as your own home- side tables, lamps, throw blankets, blinds (that work!), extension cords, ample storage, an oscillating fan, space heater, off-street parking, and a cozy patio (with real comfy furniture, not the cheap stuff you expect). During a stressful contract and as a traveler with limited/precious packing space, these small touches made a big impact. The property is fenced and the neighborhood feels safe (as a single female who goes to work before dawn and walks in the evening). The landlord, GB, is exceptional-responsive, considerate, and proactive. When maintenance was needed (no issues on my end, just minor updates-one example of his care and attention), he provided ample notice, coordinated with me, and ensured everything was left spotless. My only disclaimer: after this stay, all other rentals just won't compare!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay living in the trees at GB's place. First off, GB is a top notch landlord. He is easily accessible and responded promptly to communications. I did not have any issues during my stay. The property is very spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood is quite and the location is great for getting around. I would definitely stay here again if my travels landing me back in the Houston/Humble area.

GB was hands down the best landlord we've had during our travel experience so far. We enjoyed our stay and he was super accommodating and friendly throughout our entire visit. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and a good place to go for a walk after work. There's good food nearby and it's a short drive into downtown Houston. We experience a lot of weather during our stay and GB went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and comfortable. If we find ourselves back in the area, we would definitely stay here again.
