Not as advertised

This rental is listed as fully furnished with very fast wifi. There was no table or chair. No place to eat or do your work. I could never get connected to wifi and had to use my personal hotspot for wifi and to watch TV. Modem and router were in basement. Interior doors had no hardware and could not shut any of them. Numerous other issues. I learned an expensive lesson. Do not rent sight unseen. If I could give zero stars I would.

We're sorry to hear you had a disappointing experience. While we understand that mid-term rentals may not always meet everyone's expectations, we did our best to address your concerns. You stayed in the unit for nearly a month without raising any issues. Once we received your email about the hot water, we responded promptly and followed up twice, but unfortunately did not hear back. The gas issue was due to an external utility error, which was corrected immediately. The WiFi was tested after your message and was found to be working properly. The unit is fully furnished, and the photos in the listing accurately reflect whats provided. We were not made aware of any missing furniture or amenities during your stayhad we known, we would have gladly accommodated your requests. We've hosted many tenants in this unit without issue and take pride in being responsive and professional. We value all feedback and take it seriously. That said, its important to share the full context for future guests. We wish you the best in your future stays.

So warm and cozy!

As a travel nurse, cleanness and safety are essential. I found just that in this warm and cozy home. After a long day at work, this was the perfect and peaceful place to come home to. If Im ever in Dayton, this will be the only place I will live! Thanks Ryan and Kristin for your hospitality!
