Private one bedroom apartment, new construction, in quiet older residential neighborhood

Excellent property & host!

This place was the perfect home for my cat and meI truly couldnt have asked for a better stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you might need, which made settling in so easy and comfortable. Dana is an incredibly thoughtful host and went above and beyond; she even helped cat-sit when I went away on weekend trips. One of the sweetest touches was that she set up bird feeders right outside the windows so my cat always had entertainment (plenty of excellent birdwatching!). The property itself is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and clearly cared for with so much attention to detail. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home.

An excellent rental experience

The unit was clean, well stocked, and the appliances and services worked reliably. The owner was kind, responsive, and accommodating. The neighborhood is safe and a short drive from local hospitals and food options. Overall a great place to stay. 5/5 highly recommended.

Highly recommend!!

This apartment was a perfect size, well furnished and well stocked with everything a person needs for cleaning and cooking. The internet and TV apps worked well. And the washer/dryer was a welcome convenience. The owner, D, was super easy to work with and responded quickly to any requests. FYI, I have scheduled to rent this apartment again for 4mo starting Dec 1, 2024.
