The home is spacious, boasting a considerate landlord and a part-time roommate. She demonstrated respect by texting before returning home after a prolonged period. The property is well-maintained and spotlessly clean. Very close to hospital and driveway and roads well maintained in the winter.
Great location, easy walk into downtown and only a mile from the hospital. House is clean, spacious and well stocked with most everything you could need. Landlord is kind and respectful. I would definitely stay here again!

I have a beautiful duplex—-you get to stay on the first floor. The wood floors are newly refinished and sanded , the walls freshly painted, new appliances, and it’s beautifully furnished.
