Great place and really nice family

Love Tanya and Andrew! Their rental is in a great neighborhood and the pictures don't do the place justice. Tall ceilings, clean, nice furnishings. All around a wonderful rental and would return in a heartbeat.

A Perfect Rental!

What a great place! A very nice wide open room with comfortable furniture, a nice bathroom, a perfect kitchen area with cooking supplies, and great amenities, all in a great location! Neighborhood is nice and quiet, but has easy access to some busier spots as well. Plus, the owners are so kind and accommodating. Truly cannot recommend this place enough!

beautiful little place

This is a beautifully furnished spot! Lovely high ceilings, recently renovated, super comfortable bed. I loved that it had enough open space to do yoga. Owners are such fine folks. Within walking distance to a number of tasty local joints and located in a nice neighborhood. Cant recommend enough!!

A Nashville Gem

This place is a true gem. It is new, beautiful, cozy, and immaculate. It was a fun walk to the restaurants in downtown Sylvan Park and a short drive to Vandy to visit my daughter. Highly recommend! The owners are very nice and worked with me so that I could stay an extra day.

Brand new, so clean and cozy!

Truly a gem in a cute quiet neighborhood in the city. Giant king sized bed, brand new build with wonderful amenities. Spacious bathroom with storage, big tub, large TV and kitchenette. Came stocked with waters and kitchen utensils when we arrived. This place is just so lovely and the owners are amazing!
