Palm Coast, Florida Gem
Cozy Studio was my home for five months. It was just as advertised. It was well-maintained, private, and safe. Jim and Joy were hospitable and responsive owners, while being respectful of my desire for a quiet enjoyment tenancy. I have nothing but fond memories of my stay.

This studio was an amazing experience
This was a great rental. Host was absoultely amazing, always went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. I would highly recommend this studio
