Cozy studio gem

S is a thoughtful and attentive host. The space is private and comfortable. Everything has been thought of and you have to arrive with very little to be comfortable and feel at home. S will go out of her way to make you feel welcome. She is very kind and will do her best to address any concern or need that you may have. The property is beautiful, and the interior is brand new and well maintained. San Pablo is a quiet and safe area. There is a bus stop around the corner, and you are close to many shops and restaurants and a short commute to Oakland, San Fransico, and Walnut Creek. There are hiking and biking trails along the San Pablo Bay just minutes away and many other places nearby. You won't regret booking this studio home by the bay.

Home away from Home

I can't recommend this place enough. This is the best place I have stayed at so far on furnished finder. Don't be fooled by how small this place looks because it has everything you can possibly need and more! I was blown away by the hospitality and little touches that S included to make me feel at home. It felt safe and very secluded, almost like I was on vacation. It was about 15 minutes away from the hospital I was working at and it was a quiet oasis after coming back on long days. S would even offer produce from her garden and was the best landlady I could ever ask for. You have the studio to yourself, but when I found myself homesick she was there to help in whatever way she could. I highly recommend this place, you'll be happy you snatched the place up. I definitely will stay here if I ever work in the area again.
