Newly remodeled and furnished condo with covered garage near Hospitals and University

Smooth transition

The location is very convenient, with the mall, Costco, restaurants and other stores nearby. The building itself didn't match my expectations, but I didn't stay there very long because I ended up finding my permanent place shortly after moving in. Mariko was very understanding throughout the entire process. She was responsive and always willing to help. She was also very accommodating with my move and made the transition much easier for me. Ps: the pots and pans were promptly replaced (I had seen a previous review mentioning that).

Not recommended

I have stayed in this apartment for about 6 months. It has a very good location in Coralville; however, the apartment furniture was outdated, the sofa was not comfortable at all. apartment lighting was very dim. Finally, the kitchen was not fully equipped and was lacking a few essential items like pans and plates. there was a set oof pan with full of rust and was not able to use.

Quiet Atmosphere

Conveniently located near Coralville mall and other shopping locales. Is quiet and cozy. Saw rabbits and geese from the balcony. Ran into a problem with the dryer on the first day and the landlord expediently took care of it. It needed to be replaced and we had a new one in 2 days. There is also a very nice walking or biking trail down the block from the place. We would stay there again and recommend it.
