Charming Petaluma Apartment Cozy Living Scenic Views and Close to Amenities

1 Year and More Stay

My partner and I stayed in this charming unit that met my expectations. The space featured a cozy kitchenette and a bedroom with high ceilings, which created an open feel. The real highlight, however, was the gorgeous view. From every room, large windows showcased the surrounding farmlands, with wildlife often seen wandering nearby. Whether it was the vibrant sunsets or peaceful sunrises, the natural beauty was always on full display. The landlord was fantastic, quick to respond to any questions and clearly takes great pride in maintaining both the unit and the grounds. One unexpected bonus was how much our cats enjoyed the stay! They spent hours perched by the expansive windows in each room, mesmerized by the endless sights of nature. I highly recommend this peaceful retreat for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy their time here in Sonoma County. The quick drive to downtown Petaluma and local farmers markets makes this place all the more welcoming!

Country Apartment, Close to Town

We stayed for a month. The apartment has a separate room for tv/office work, kitchenette, full bathroom, and large bedroom. The outdoor deck is a very nice bonus. Be advised that the bathroom has a fairly deep soaking tub/ shower combo, so advise reconsider if you have mobility issues. Myrtle, the owner, was accommodating of our needs and communication was easy. You are definitely in the country but a five minute drive puts you in downtown Petaluma.
