Great Location and Attentive Landlord

As studio offers an ideal location, it is within walking distance to the restaurants in Hyde Park (close enough that you can go there quickly for a lunch break), it is less than a ten minute walk from a grocery store and laundromat, it is within walking distance to downtown, and it is also within walking distance to nearby parks (camel back, the military reserve, and hillside to hollow reserve). The neighborhood itself is very quaint and I always felt safe, it was my favorite neighborhood in Boise! The studio was very clean and provided a ton of natural light, which was ideal. If there was ever a minor issue with the apartment A was quick to respond and tend to the problem. Finding a parking spot nearby on the street was never difficult, and I always felt that my car was safe. I worked remotely from the studio and the workspace set-up was perfect, the corner desk is large and allows plenty of space for multiple monitors. I would stay here again and recommend this studio!
