Cozy!

My family and I stayed here for 6 months while I worked at the local hospital. The AC was very nice during the summer, and the neighborhood was awesome for our daughter to play with the kids. The owner was responsive and nice. We will try to book the place again if we are back in town!

Cozy Nice Stay

I stayed for about a month and the landlords were super easy to work with and accommodating. Parking was a bit tight but not a deal breaker. Overall was a good stay!

A Home that meets all your needs!

Truly Cozy! I have absolutely no complaints about my stay, I only have raving feedback. Everything needed was provided to fulfill your stay whether you are staying short or long term. Landlord is the best landlord I ever had, extremely responsive and flexible and wants to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. Very safe and great neighborhood close to Kenwood. I would highly recommend this place!

Wish I could have stayed longer!

I can't say enough good things about this cozy little apartment & the property manager! The unit is easy to get to, has plenty of space & has the MOST comfortable bed I've ever stayed in. The property manager is so easy to work with! She even gave me her personal cell phone number so it was always easy to communicate with her. She worked with me on move in dates/times to line up with my flight--and even offered to arrange a ride from the airport to the apartment! They had all of the necessary furnishings/items required to get started and plenty of blankets, dishes, pots/pans, etc.--the only downside was the coin laundry in the basement but I'm told they are looking into getting a normal washer/dryer sometime in the future so I am excited to come back & stay again to see it. :) Message the owner & book your stay asap!

Cozy place with some ups & downs

Overall my stay was fine, but it came with its ups & downs. During our stay we dealt with stink bugs. They sprayed the apartment, but didnt work. After a week or so we figured out dryer sheets worked if you put them in the vents. The next problem was broiler it was very loud & sounded like there was a construction crew in your room. The noise kept us up most nights. It wasnt repaired during our stay.The laundry is $1.75 per wash & per dry. That is a hidden cost because youll easily spend a $100 washing & drying clothes during your stay. Dont expect your security deposit back. In my case there was a used leather recliner that started peeling in small amounts when we arrived & the more you sat there the more it peeled. Unfortunately, I didnt get my deposit back because I didnt take pictures of the furniture beforehand. Lesson learned so take pictures upon arrival. Communication with them became scarce once we started to discuss the return of security deposit.

Great stay!

We stayed at this property for a few months this summer and loved it! Super cute and in a great location. The decor and style of the house made us feel like we were at home. Landlords were very easy to deal with. Highly recommend!
