Wonderful cottage located in Medford, perfect fit for traveling professionals. Rich and Margie are very kind and friendly. They ensured I had all the necessary supplies during my stay. The cottage is well equipped will all the necessary equipment and supplies. Thank you

The perfect place!!

I can't think of a single issue I had with the place, it was that good. It's fenced away from the main home, so it's like its own private place. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. You get your own parking spot and mailbox. The kitchen was so stocked. Besides a microwave, oven, AND stove, there's a Keurig, toaster, protein shaker, tupperware, pans, pots, measuring cups/spoons, knives, and cutting boards. There is also a dishwasher! The bathroom is huge. There's switches in the bathroom to turn on a heater and a fan and you can even set them to a timer. There were more than enough outlets for plugging things in and every light switch had a dimmer. You can fold up the dining table and even fold the bed into the wall super easily to make more room. Rich & Margie were kind and welcoming, were always quick to reply to any messages. This place is a gem and is a better value than other options around Medford.

I had a wonderful experience. The location a quite safe cut de sac was perfect for me. With a short drive from the hospital/grocery store. Rich and his wife were fantastic hosts. Who checked in with me during my stay to make sure everything was going well.

Lovely Cottage Close to Hospitals

The thought, love, and consideration that the homeowners have put into this little cottage really shows. It stands out in the little details from the dimmers on all the light switches to the grill, string lights, seating, and fire table on the quaint front porch. This property is one of the only properties in Medford and the surrounding areas to boast a full kitchen. This little cottage is so well done you could walk in with your clothes and be quite comfortable here, theyve thought of everything. There is an absolute ton of storage in the roomy bathroom and even though it is a studio, the light, airiness of the place along with the kitchen, living area, & bedroom each have their own areas makes this place feel very spacious. And whenever I had an inquiry or complaint written, was prompt in getting back to me and taking care of any issues. This is hands-down my favorite place that Ive ever lived in my career. I wish that I could hook it up behind my car and take it with me!!
