Quiet area, but close to everything. Right off Spring Creek trail, which has plenty of parks, restaurants, and a couple breweries within easy walking distance. Closest fitness club is about 1 mile down the trail. Downtown is about 1.5 miles away. Landlord lives upstairs, so is nearby should you need anything. Each room has a sizeable egress window to allow plenty of natural light in despite being a garden-level apartment.
Space
Pets allowed as long as they get along well with our pup, since we will be sharing the back yard.

Pros & Cons
Stayed here about 2 years ago. A unique space and nice view. If you like a garden style apartment. Great access to the university and Old Town. You can walk to either in about 10-15 minutes. Plenty of street parking. The unit itself is described as two bedrooms and one bathroom. There is no dedicated living space or eating space. So one of your bedrooms would be used for eating and living. The kitchen is functional and the appliances are older. The washer and dryer is excellent. Living below people can be noisy at times. Yard is large and plenty of room to enjoy outdoor eating opportunity. Barking dogs were not my favorite aspect of the stay. Nice people above and in neighborhood!
