Room in sunny house near the ocean on Santa Cruz' west side

The house is sunny and spacious, with lush landscaping in the front and back. I live in the house, as well as my very friendly cat, Elvis. There is sometimes a third person here as well.

There is a minimum age limit - renters must be at least 27 years old.
