My partner and I stayed here for approx 6 months. It is priced very fairly compared to other places with all the essentials for a 2/2 right on the beach. Very clean, spacious. The owner is also very kind and communicative to our needs. We would have stayed longer if we knew we'd stay in the area with our contracts. Location is very close to Alameda hospital and several shopping centers. Would stay here again.
Ideal beach front location in Alameda. Great walking, bird watching, nearby parks. Quiet condo community with laundry on-site and designated, gated covered parking spot. Unit is well appointed with full kitchen, two bed/two baths. Very cozy. Landlord quick to respond to questions and concerns. Walking distance to South Shore Center (Trader Joes, Safeway, multiple shops and restaurants). Easy to drive to Oakland, OAK airport, San Leandro. Loved my 9 month stay! I will miss the beach living.
