Great accomodation
Great accommodation offers a clean, secure, and conveniently located space, featuring a comfortable bed, functional amenities, and a quiet environment for rest. Easy communication, and prompt assistance with the landlord who lives in the front of the property in the main house elevates the experience. Located close to downtown Sacramento and in the heart of Land Park which always has activities going on. Must be ok with street parking and no washer/ dryer on property. Recommended for any healthcare workers as well as it's close to major hospitals near downtown Sacramento.

Bright Studio in Great Area
Cozy studio with great natural light! Right in the active Land Park neighborhood with easy access to shopping and midtown/downtown area. Bike friendly area with new Del Rio pathway right around the corner. Owner occupies front house, and she is very friendly and easy to reach. Any issues that arose were addressed promptly. Owner's pets on property were an added bonus for animal lovers. Great spot for professionals and students alike!
