Renters Beware - repairs not fixed,deposit not refundable

First day gas gets shut off. Manager offers hotel, we declined. Just finished unpacking. Space heaters delivered. Nice, but an indicator of the entire stay. Initial walk thru, broken kitchen window, told it would be fixed.Six weeks later, still broken. Bathroom shower and sink would not drain properly, Drano was dropped off. My husband cleaned out the drains. Towel bar came off the wall, not properly installed. Fixed the last week. Told to leave the place cleaned, bedding and towels ready for washing. We paid a service to clean, removed bedding and towels to laundry room, believing we would get deposit back.When we didnt, I inquired, was told I misunderstood. Had I known, I wouldnt have paid cleaners and would have left bedding and towels.Future renters be prepared, any repairs, live with it or fix it yourself. Dont bother cleaning, they charge you $250 for cleaning, whether its been cleaned or not. I do not recommend renting from this property management company.
