A wonderful place!
I have been here since 4/1 after moving to the area to house hunt and am happy to say that I will be here for another month. The apartment has what I need and is clean, quiet and up to date. On a very warm day early on I used the mini split briefly and it worked well and was quiet. The windows open too and have screens if you prefer. There are stairs but that is not an issue for me. Jesseca and Bobby are kind and responsive. The area is lovely with easy access to everything. The food carts are great! It's is a little noisy early in the a.m. on garbage and recycle day but otherwise it is quiet. Parking is on the street and usually in front of the house or close by. It is a popular area so there have been a couple of times I had to park down the block. The best part about that is getting to look at the cute houses. And walking here is amazing! I would absolutely stay here again if I needed a place short or long term.
Great location and hosts in fantastic Sellwood area
Had a very enjoyable 3 month stay at this property. J and B were very responsive hosts, and would often check in to see if I needed anything. They supplied everything I needed including bathroom towels and soaps/shampoos to paper towels and trash bags. Like a combination of hotel and furnished home! Area is wonderful for walking, with over a dozen great restaurants in a short walk, outdoor seating, coffee shop, used bookstore, boardgame store and library. Even a big park just down the road (with public pool in the summer). Neighborhood really comes alive when the sun comes out. Too many great things to list. Very few cons, but be aware that ants come out seasonally (this is not the property, it is anywhere in the area). Hosts quick to provide traps/spray which quickly eliminated them. Parking is street only, and on busy evenings you may have to park a block away. Garbage trucks come through early once a week. That's it for cons, grab it while you can and enjoy!
