Fantastic Condo
Sue was an amazing landlord. She was super responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and comfort in the condo. The condo itself is centrally located with Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, and Tempe with most things located within 10-15 minutes. The condo is clean, tidy, and had everything I needed. The community is gated and I had no concerns for my safety and security.

Great place to stay!
S was a wonderful landlord, super responsive to any needs and a genuinely kind person. The condo is centrally located and close to lots of different restaurants, shopping centers, grocery stores, and hospitals. Gilbert, Chandler, and Tempe are only about 10-15 minutes away, and its super close to the highway so driving is easy. I worked at Arizona General and it was less than 20 minutes away.I felt safe living here and the gated facility was great. The condo complex is super quiet with lots of pool options. The condo itself is clean and well-kept, with nice appliances and furniture, and plenty of space. I like to hike and do lots of outdoor stuff, and its really close to a lot of different places to hike. Usery Mountain Regional Park is super close, and Lost Dutchman State Park isnt a far drive. Its also close to the Apache trail and Canyon Lake if you wanted to spend time out there. I loved staying here and would definitely stay here again!

Safe and Easy
S was able to help me when my previous housing would be no longer available. She was so nice to work with and patient with each of my (unexpected) extensions. I love the space, the perfect size for me and my cat. The new furniture is so cute and really brightens the living room. The neighbors are quiet and I really enjoyed having a gated complex.

Love it!
We love it here! Spacious apartment with updated appliances, more than enough room for 2 people. Super quiet and safe neighborhood, plenty of pools to choose from! We worked at Chandler Regional (only a 15 min drive) but there are other hospitals closer to apartment. Landlord super friendly, responsive and helpful with any issues.
