Excellent Find
Stayed here for 2 months and enjoyed every minute. Perfect location with everything walkable: block from the hospital, 2 mins to Western Prom, cafes / bars / restaurants all nearby (including Tandem Bakery, Rosemont Market, Longfellow), and 20 mins to the rest of downtown. Apartment's spacious, clean, and comfortable. Landlord's responsive, helpful, and overall an excellent host. Highly recommend.

Home away from home!
I really enjoyed my stay, and it felt like home. The short walk to MMC was very convenient for work. A and A were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend staying at this property.

A really, REALLY good spot...
Location is perfect. 1 block to Maine Medical. Twenty minutes walk to Old Port. Close to markets, highways, brewpubs, restaurants. MaineMall 15 min. drive. Safe, quiet neighborhood. No parking comes with this apartment, but don't let that scare you. Street parking is not a problem. Landlord is awesome. Lives next door; cares about his place and tenants. Very responsive. Apartment is clean, well furnished; very comfortable. It's an old house - not a ton of storage and old style shower/tub - but the charm is worth it. Best part - two blocks to the Western Promenade Park - amazing sunsets, summer concerts, relax. One more thing - if you are a road bike rider this is a great spot - easy access to long rides in all directions.
