Comfortable Stay

I was a longer-term stay at Karen's place. I stayed for 6 months as I am a working professional nearby. Karen is a great host; very caring and easy to get along with. Her dog Finnegan is one of the most gentle and well behaved dogs I have ever met. I had a very comfortable stay and it was a very relaxing space to come home to.

Gorgeous Room in Simi Valley

I stayed in this room for 6 weeks on clinical rotations and absolutely LOVED it! The house is beautiful, clean and quiet with plenty of storage and space for all my things. Karen is a lovely person and is so wonderful to live with. I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful and welcoming home!

I stayed at Karen's for 6 weeks during my PA school rotation and loved it here. She is very welcoming and the home is nice and clean. Her dog Finn became my best friend and was such a nice face to see after a long day of clinicals. I'd highly recommend staying here as she has everything you need and the room is nice and comfy.

Excellent Stay!

I stayed at Karens place for 6 weeks and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcome and at home. The room was clean and cozy, just like the rest of the house. Karen was a kind and attentive host, always respectful of privacy but available if I needed anything. I would highly recommend it to any traveling professional.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Karen's place. She is an incredibly nice, warm, and friendly person who immediately makes you feel comfortable in her home. The space was clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. I truly appreciated her hospitality and would highly recommend staying with her to anyone seeking a kind and accommodating host!

Absolute Gem

I stayed at this property for approximately 3 months while I was on rotation for school. K was such an amazing host/landlord; she went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my stay here comfortably. Her dog, Finn, is also very well behaved and friendly. The house is beautiful and in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. K has gone out of her way to make install a camera in the driveway to monitor your car while parked there-but I highly doubt anything bad would happen because the neighborhood is very safe. You are free to use all the accommodations listed and you are always welcome to talk to K for for help or even a friendly chat. The price is very reasonable especially compared to similar listings in the area. An absolute marvelous stay!
